Podiatry & Chiropody
There is no difference between podiatry and chiropody. The adoption of the term podiatry in the UK has come from recent developments in clinical practice with many other English speaking countries that widely use the term to mean chiropody.
At the Mill Street Clinic we offer a wide range of treatments for the feet and lower limb including:
- Nail care including ingrown and thickened nails
- Corn removal
- Callus and hard skin removal
- Verruca treatment using chemical therapies or cryotherapy
- Biomechanical assessment
- Prescription orthotics and simple footwear insoles
- Nail surgery
Podiatry & chiropody appointments are available with Georgina on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.
